This service allows you to submit a request for support or access for any issue relating to operational use of Student Health or and Clinic Applications such as Point and Click, Harvest, NextGen, and Okta.

The Outdoor Event Request Form (formerly the Green Reservation Form) allows UD departments and student groups to reserve outdoor campus spaces, excluding the UD Athletics Complex.
