What is it?

Use this form to report any accessibility concerns or issues with UD web resources, websites, or documents. 

Accessibility concerns or issues are barriers that make it difficult or impossible for people with disabilities to access, navigate, or interact with content.

Where to get it?

Click on the Request Service button on the right panel.

How to use it?

To report an accessibility issue or concern, please use the form and your request will be routed to the Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM). 

Be sure to specify the web page or file being referenced in reporting the accessibility issue so OCM can contact the appropriate site owner. 

What are the charges, options & fees?

There is no fee for this service.
