What is it?
The "Wipe or Reformat Computer" offering provides a way to request IT Staff to wipe, reformat, or reconfigure an existing University-owned system.
The "Prepare Computer for Surplus" offering provides a way to request IT Staff to prepare computers to be sent to surplus as per their departmental standards.

This service has no additional requirements
How to use it?
For reconfiguring a system for re-use, click on the "Wipe or Reformat Computer" button.
If you need to prepare a computer to be taken away to surplus, click on the "Prepare Computer for Surplus" button.
You will be asked to provide a data owner who will approve the backup and reformat of the system.
