Purchase licenses The University of Delaware is participating in the Microsoft Office 365 for Education program


The UD IT Exchange Online service provides email, calendaring, shared calendaring, webmail, and mobile device integration. The service provides accounts to current University of Delaware employees only.


This service allows you to submit a request for support or access for any issue relating to operational use of Student Health or and Clinic Applications such as Point and Click, Harvest, NextGen, and Okta.


The service, in conjunction with Student Advocacy & Support, provides a limited number of loaner laptops for students who need access to a laptop for various reasons.


Requests for Microsoft Teams, either standard or HIPAA Teams. MS Teams is a cloud based chat and collaboration-based platform available to all current University of Delaware faculty, staff, and students through UD's Office365 subscription.


A UD Google Group allows members to communicate with multiple people and view a searchable archive of all messages. Google Groups are ideal for collaborating, discussing, sharing ideas with others, and posting and answering questions.


AppsAnywhere support is provided by the College of Engineering IT.

2FA uses two factors to verify you are who you say you are. 2FA makes your personal information less vulnerable and helps prevent anyone but you from accessing your accounts, even if they know your UDel ID Password.
