Managing a Project in TeamDynamix: Overview

A project is a temporary endeavor with a definite start and end date, undertaken to create a unique service or result within defined constraints. A project concludes when its specific tangible or intangible objectives have been attained and the project resources are released to do other work. (The Project Management Institute).

TeamDynamix (TDX) allows departments to effectively simplify, manage, and collaborate on projects. The Projects / Workspaces app provides many options to manage your small or large project as either a Project or a Workspace.

This user guide is an overview for Project Managers regarding the creation, management, and final closing of a project. These guidelines are intended to help Project Managers through the general process of overseeing projects in TDX and by no means dictate exactly how a project should be managed.
