Forgetting an eduroam profile (Mac)

  1. From your macOS system, open System Preferences.
  2. Open Profiles. If you don't see Profile, or eduroam is not listed in the Profiles section, use these steps instead.

  1. Select each eduroam profile, and then click the minus sign (-) to remove the profile.

  1. Click Remove to confirm the profile removal, and then reboot your computer.

When prompted for a password, use the password you use to log in to your Mac computer.

  1. To continue using eduroam, install a new profile by following the steps on the eduroam help page.

Note: If you don't see Profiles listed in the System Preferences, or eduroam is not listed in the Profiles section, use these alternative steps to remove eduroam Wi-Fi:

  1. From your macOS system, open System Preferences.
  2. Click Network.
  3. Click on WiFi in the menu on the left and click Advanced (located at the bottom right of the pop-up window).
  4. Select eduroam, and click the minus sign. Click OK.
  5. If prompted for a password, use the password you use to log in to your Mac computer.

  1. Reconnect to eduroam using these instructions (on-campus) or these instructions (off-campus).
