- From your macOS system, open System Preferences.
- Open Profiles. If you don't see Profile, or eduroam is not listed in the Profiles section, use these steps instead.

- Select each eduroam profile, and then click the minus sign (-) to remove the profile.

- Click Remove to confirm the profile removal, and then reboot your computer.

When prompted for a password, use the password you use to log in to your Mac computer.
- To continue using eduroam, install a new profile by following the steps on the eduroam help page.
Note: If you don't see Profiles listed in the System Preferences, or eduroam is not listed in the Profiles section, use these alternative steps to remove eduroam Wi-Fi:
- From your macOS system, open System Preferences.
- Click Network.
- Click on WiFi in the menu on the left and click Advanced (located at the bottom right of the pop-up window).
- Select eduroam, and click the minus sign. Click OK.
- If prompted for a password, use the password you use to log in to your Mac computer.

- Reconnect to eduroam using these instructions (on-campus) or these instructions (off-campus).
