If eduroam setup fails in the macOS, try these steps to resolve the issue:
- Open the macOS keychain app
- From the Finder menu, click Go at the top of the screen.
- Open the Applications folder.
- Open the Utilities folder.
- Double-click to open the Keychain Access App
- You will see a screen similar to this one:

- Select the default (bolded) keychain from the left navigation bar.
- Select All items from the left navigation bar.
- Remove keychain entries associated with eduroam:

- When done, close the Keychain Access App.
- Complete the steps to connect to eduroam.
- On-Campus Directions.
- Forget eduroam
- Install eduroam
- Off-Campus Directions
- Remove eduroam
- Install eduroam
