Remove eduroam from the macOS keychain

If eduroam setup fails in the macOS, try these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Open the macOS keychain app
    1. From the Finder menu, click Go at the top of the screen.
    2. Open the Applications folder.
    3. Open the Utilities folder.
    4. Double-click to open the Keychain Access App
    5. You will see a screen similar to this one:

  1. Select the default (bolded) keychain from the left navigation bar.
  2. Select All items from the left navigation bar.
  3. Remove keychain entries associated with eduroam:

Right-click, and choose Delete "clearpass-1.nss.udel.edu"

Right-click, and choose Delete "clearpass-2.nss.udel.edu"

SecureW2 JoinNow - random characters

 Right-click, and choose Delete "SecureW2 JoinNow..."

your_username@udel.edu (for example, maryqq@udel.edu)

 Right-click, and choose Delete "your_username@udel.edu"

All GlobalSign Certificates

 Right-click, and choose Delete "GlobalSign......"
  1. When done, close the Keychain Access App.
  2. Complete the steps to connect to eduroam. 
    1. On-Campus Directions. 
      1. Forget eduroam
      2. Install eduroam
    2. Off-Campus Directions
      1. Remove eduroam
      2. Install eduroam
