Setting up alerts for a request

You have the option to add alerts to be notified of the following scenarios:

  • All Tasks Complete

  • Ticket is Completed

  • Ticket is Due

  • Ticket is In Process

  • Ticket is Overdue

To set up alerts:

  1. Click Add Alert at the top of the Ticket Request Details page.

  2. Select the alerts you want to receive, then click Save.

Return to the Technology Request Overview for Requesters.
