Finding your request tickets in TeamDynamix

To find requests you submitted or are a contact on in TeamDynamix:

  1. Navigate to the University of Delaware’s TeamDynamix website.

  2. Click Sign In at the upper-right corner of the page to log in with your UD credentials.

  3. Click Services in the blue navigation bar, then click Ticket Requests in the light-grey sub-menu.

By default, TeamDynamix will automatically display tickets you submitted (i.e. tickets  you are the Requester on). However, you can also view requests that list you as a Contact by clicking the checkbox next to Include requests that I am listed as a contact on

  • If you update the filters, click Search to update the list of tickets.

  • You can also view requests for your department by selecting the checkbox next to Include requests from my accounts / departments.
