To find requests you submitted or are a contact on in TeamDynamix:

Navigate to the University of Delaware’s TeamDynamix website.

Click Sign In at the upper-right corner of the page to log in with your UD credentials.

Click Services in the blue navigation bar, then click Ticket Requests in the light-grey sub-menu.

By default, TeamDynamix will automatically display tickets you submitted (i.e. tickets you are the Requester on). However, you can also view requests that list you as a Contact by clicking the checkbox next to Include requests that I am listed as a contact on.

If you update the filters, click Search to update the list of tickets.

You can also view requests for your department by selecting the checkbox next to Include requests from my accounts / departments.
