Go to the UD Bugzilla login page. If you are off-campus, you must first log in to the UD VPN.
Click the Forgot Password link.
Enter your complete email address (i.e. user@udel.edu) in the open field.
Click the Reset Password button.
You will be sent an email containing instructions and a link to change your password. Use the first link provided in the email to change your password. Use the second link provided in the email to cancel the change password request. If you do not use either link within three days, or if you login to Bugzilla successfully with your old password, then the change password request will expire.
If you click on the email link to change your password, then your browser will open to a Change Password screen.
Enter your desired password in the New Password and New Password Again fields.
Click the Submit button.
