UD Exchange Online: A Public Folder Appears Blank

If a public folder that you are trying to view is blank, you may not have access to that folder. If so, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the IT Support Center to verify you have access to the public folder.
  2. Request access to the public folder. The person who maintains the public folder should make this request via the IT Support Center. Please specify the required access (for example, read versus edit and delete privileges). See "About Public Folders" for more information.
  3. When access has been granted, restart Microsoft Outlook, and connect to the public folder.
