Who can use it?
Any staff or faculty who needs to put through a misc. wage, supplemental professional, or adjunct job card in Talent Link. This form is optional.
What is it?
The Talent Link Part-Time Job Card Intake form is used to collect key information about a misc. wage, supplemental professional, or adjunct position and confirm approvals to enter the role into our Talent Link applicant tracking system.
How to use it?
Completing the Form:
- Fill out all required fields.
- The form includes smart logic that tailors questions based on the selected search type.
- After the budget person approves the form, the appropriate person from the Hub will be notified.
- The Hub member will need to put the job into Talent Link and then input the Talent Link Requisition ID into the form and mark it complete, which will close the form.
- The supervisor of the position will be notified upon the form closing.
Routing Process:
Once submitted, the form will route through the following workflow:
Department Representative → HR Director → Financial Approver (if listed) → HR Hub → notify Supervisor once the Talent Link requisition number is entered by the Hub member
