Talent Link Job Card Intake - LTR/PDR

Who can use it?

Any staff member who needs to put through a LTR/PDR job card in Talent Link. This form is optional.

What is it?

The Talent Link LTR/PDR Job Card Intake form is used to collect key information about LTR/PDR hiring and confirm approvals to enter the role into the Talent Link applicant tracking system.

How to use it?

Completing the Form:

  • Fill out all required fields.
  • The form includes smart logic that tailors questions based on the selected search type.
  • After the budget person approves the form, the appropriate person from the Hub will be notified.
  • If it is a new position, the Hub member will put the new position webform through for approval and list the position webform req ID in the TDX form.
  • The Hub member will need to put the job into Talent Link and then input the Talent Link Requisition ID into the form and mark it complete, which will close the form.
  • The requestor of the position will be notified upon the form closing.

Routing Process:

Once submitted, the form will route through the following approval chain:
Department Representative → HR Director → Grants Analyst  →  Financial Approver → HR Hub
