What is it?

Support services from Microsoft directly.  This provides the ability to open tickets with Microsoft directly.  Tickets can include advisory calls to discuss capabilities.  Learning modules from Microsoft are also provided.  On demand assessments of servers and configurations can be performed.

Where to get it?

IT Professionals can request a new workgroup (one workgroup per team) by clicking on the Request Service button. 

How to use it?

Requests will be submitted to the Windows Systems Engineering group who will work with Microsoft to set up the workgroup.   Once provisioned the requestor will be able to provision for other people in their team.

What are the charges, options & fees?
