What is it?
This form allows you to submit a request to add/remove/update/deny group members in IAM Grouper for an application deployed. For example, if you have an application that allows for all Faculty members, but you must give a Visiting Scholar access, you would submit this form providing the UDID, UDelNetID, and the Application you want to add them to as an exception to the general rule of 'Only UDel Faculty'. Likewise, if you have a faculty member that you wish to deny access to an application you may submit this form as well, with their identifying information for us to action on."
