Who can use it?
Faculty and Staff
What is it?
The University of Delaware’s P.O. Box service allows faculty and staff to send messages to approved mailing lists, including:
- Student lists (such as class rosters and majors/minors)
- Program lists
- Administrative lists
Access to P.O. Box lists is based on your role at UD. For example, faculty typically have access to lists for classes they teach, while campus communicators may have access to lists needed for official messaging.
A P.O. Box Special Request is required to grant access to lists which you cannot view by default.
You can also submit a P.O. Box Special Request to remove someone from access to specific P.O. Box lists.
Where to get it?
Use the P.O. Box Special Request button on this service page to submit your request.
How to use it?
Submit a P.O. Box Special Request to:
- Request access to a P.O. Box mailing list.
- Request removal from a P.O. Box mailing list.
If the requested P.O. Box access requires approval, permission will be requested from the appropriate department chair or supervisor through the ticketing system.
Once approved, access to the requested P.O. Box list will be added or removed as specified.
