UD Exchange Online Overview

The UDIT Microsoft Exchange Online service provides email, calendaring, shared calendaring, webmail, and mobile device integration. The service provides accounts to current University of Delaware employees only.

Microsoft Outlook is the preferred client for use with Microsoft Exchange. Microsoft Outlook is available for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android OS, and through a web browser. Some Exchange features, such as online archiving, will not work in non-Outlook clients.

Microsoft announced changes to its higher educational licensing in August 2023, effective mid-2024, that will affect Microsoft OneDrive, Exchange email, Teams, and SharePoint storage limits. Please take steps to eliminate large files that you don't need from your Microsoft 365 account.
