Services Model
Communications
Goal: Create a platform to promote the variety of faculty research activities. We are piloting the platform with the arts, humanities and social sciences.
Faculty in the natural sciences should continue to use the Institutional Repository.
What is included:
- Published materials such as:
- Books authored or co-authored by UD Faculty and current graduate students
- Chapters in significant publications authored or co-authored by UD Faculty
CAS Website
The CAS Digital team has created a page under Research & Innovation for Publications that will be populated by news pages that are tagged as “publications.”
As we compile content, the CAS Comms team will work with units to add a “research” or “publications” module to their websites as appropriate.
Submissions
The Editorial and Digital teams created a form for faculty to submit information including:
- image
- image permission
- authors
- publisher
- publication date
- link
- 100-300 word blurb*
*Text may be edited for length, style and consistency with the UD brand
Procedure
- The Editorial team has compiled initial articles from the past year to populate the page.
- When the form and page are live, the CAS Comms director will share with college leadership for department chairs to distribute to faculty.
- Faculty are responsible for submitting the form to have their work included.
