Bugzilla: Add Comments to a Bug Report

  1. Find the bug report that you want to edit.

  2. Once you have opened a bug report, type your text in the Additional Comments field.

    Tip: The more detailed information provided, the better the response will be.

    Example of a poor comment: "Nothing on this form works. I can't even log in!"

    Example of a good comment: "When I log in to UD&me using Microsoft Edge 44.18362.329.0, I get the error message "invalid password". This bug is specific to UD&Me with Microsoft Edge 44.18362.329.0. I can successfully log in to UD&Me with Mozilla Firefox 69.0 and Google Chrome 76.0.38.09.123.

  3. When you are ready to submit the bug report, click the Save Changes button.
