Section I - Policy Acknowledgement

The first step of the 2023 Annual COI Disclosure requires you to acknowledge that you have received, read and understand the University’s conflict of interest policy covering Trustees documented in the Bylaws of the University of Delaware, Section 1-4 (“Trustees COI Policy”), a link of which is below. Please take a moment to review this policy and familiarize yourself with its scope, objective, and your obligations under this policy as a Trustee before completing the 2022 Annual COI Disclosure.
