The General Help Request form is intended for Principal Investigators (PIs) to submit support requests that are not covered by the other service options request forms for the UDSecCom Enclave. Examples of such requests may include, but are not limited to:
- Assistance with configuring file transfers
- Requests to allow access to specific websites currently blocked by enclave policies
- General client support
- Bug reporting
- Other miscellaneous technical or access-related issues
This form provides a flexible channel for addressing unique or unforeseen needs within the CUI Enclave environment.
