What is it?
Managed by the Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM) for udel.edu, Google Analytics 4 is an analytics service that provides information about website traffic and user behavior. In a nutshell, GA4 allows you to better understand the users visiting your website, and what they are doing once they get there. The Google Analytics Request service provides campus partners with three options for requesting support: setting up a new Google Analytics property, requesting access to an existing property, or receiving an export of data from a specific site or page(s) where GA4 is already installed.
Request review process:
- Requests are reviewed within 5 days of submission
- Approved requests are then completed within 7-10 business days of submission
When requesting to add/update pixels or scripts, approval of requests will only be granted pending review from Procurement and/or IT Security as necessary. Please plan accordingly.

How to use it?
Once you have selected your preferred Google Analytics Request form, fill out all of the required information and submit, and a member of OCM's Digital Team will handle your request.
