What is it?
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), managed by the Digital Team within the Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM), is the University's preferred Content Management System (CMS). The AEM Platform Request service provides campus partners with four options for requesting support: gaining initial access to AEM, reporting a bug, requesting a new feature, or receiving authoring support for a specific page or pages.
Requests for access or content updates review process:
- Requests for access or content are reviewed within 5 days of submission
- Approved requests are then completed within 7-10 business days of submission
Bug reports and feature requests are reviewed, approved, and scheduled based on ongoing projects, priority, and team capacity. Please plan accordingly.
