What is it?
Request point-in-time backup coverage for Microsoft 365 workloads—including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
Where to get it?
To request a new backup, select "Request Microsoft Office 365 Backup". For assistance with restoring a backup, select "Restore Microsoft 365 Backup".
How to use it?
Select one of the requests and fill out the form.
What are the charges, options & fees?
Email or OneDrive backup costs $2.75/month.
SharePoint Online or Teams backups cost $2.75/month plus $0.02/GB/month.
