This service exists to support Research Office units when they need specialized IT consultation beyond the scope of their routine support. It should be used for requests that involve unique research processes requiring coordination with IT managers and Research leadership, especially if the request will require long-term support or significant use of IT staff resources. This form is not intended for everyday IT support needs.
