What is it?

The University is now using Momentus software to create online registration programs for UD College and Departments events, both on and off campus. 

Registration programs can be created for all types of events such as; conferences, seminars, camps,  classes, etc.  Registration software automates the process of  event registration, by managing and verifying registrations, collecting relevant registrant data, streamlining the process of payment collection, etc.   

NOTE:  Momentus' payment portal adheres to the compliance of the Payment Card Industry's (PCI) and also meets UD's strict payment policies!

How to use it?

The Conferences Services-Newark group will work with you to set up your event based on the responses provided in the request form.  Once your request is received and reviewed, the registration manager (Colleen Tuozzolo, ctuozzol@udel.edu) will reach out to schedule a zoom meeting to discuss your event in more detail.

What are the charges, options & fees?

Registration programs incur two charges, a setup/design fee and a per/person registrant fee:

  • Setup/Design Cost:  $200/registration program
  • Registrant fees:
    • Non-Paid Registrations are $1/registrant
    • Paid Registrations are $2/registrant (plus credit card processing fees)

NOTE:  For example, if 150 people register for a paid event, then your Momentus' fees would consist of a $200 setup cost and a $300 registrant fee (150 x $2/registrant = $300).  So the total cost for the registration program would be $500 (plus credit card fees).  Fees are billed via JV at the conclusion of the event.
