Who can use it?

Students, Faculty, Staff

What is it?

This service is used to request a billing, cellular or voice service. 

  • Request for new service (phone number), equipment (desk phones, headsets, cables, etc.), call queue set up
  • Request for VoIP feature changes (voicemail, caller ID name change, call forwarding, etc.)
  • Request to establish a new cellular account or new point of contact
  • Request for purpose code changes, disconnects, billing reports, etc.

How to use it?

Telephone Services (IT-NIS) provides voice services (Webex Calling, VoIP, analog) to the entire University (all campuses).  If the request is of an urgent nature, users should contact Telephone Services at 831-2411 during normal business hours (or 831-6006 for after-hours emergency support). 

What are the charges, options & fees?

Network & Infrastructure Services (NIS) technician labor charges may apply
Monthly rate for new voice service is currently $15/mo
