RFS-Facilities

Who can use it?

Faculty, Staff

What is it?

This form is used to request non-routine, reimbursable services from the University's Facilities group. Examples include (but aren't limited to) event support, moving furniture, minor upgrades or changes, major renovations, installing whiteboards and signage.

If you are proposing any changes to floor plans, walls or building systems (e.g., HVAC, electric, plumbing, structural), or proposing a project that involves multiple trades, you must submit a single RFS describing the entire scope of the proposed project.

Regardless of scope, all projects will be reviewed with the appropriate dean or vice president and prioritized by the Provost and VP of Research.

If you have any questions, please email Facilities at fixit@udel.eduL
