What is it?

Request tech support for the UD Course Evaluations online system (https://www.udel.edu/course-evals). Please review the Online Course Evaluations: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) article before submitting a support request form.

Forms available for students

Please note that non-technical questions about course evaluations should be directed to your instructor or department course evaluation administrator. IT cannot reopen evaluations at the request of a student.

Forms available for instructors and administrators

*Please note that evaluations cannot be reopened after grades have been distributed, and requests to reopen evaluations will not be accepted from students.
**System access must be approved by a Chair, Dean, or Director.

How to use it?

Complete and submit the form to create a ticket for IT Staff.

You can check the status of your ticket in the Team Dynamix customer portal.

  1. Go to https://services.udel.edu/
  2. Click on the My Ticket Requests button.
  3. If you do not see the ticket you are looking for on the Ticket Requests screen, then you may need to adjust the Status Class values and click the Search button.
