Online W-2 Forms
If you are an active employee, your W-2 forms are available online via the W-2 WebView https://udapps.nss.udel.edu/psview/w2_view.jsp?... Refer to Instruction document for more information <https://www.udel.edu/content/dam/udelImages/hum...>. If you have any questions, please contact Payroll at pr-staff@udel.edu.

Note: The University of Delaware mailed out the 2025 W-2s on January 29, 2026. Requests for 2025 W-2 reprint will not be processed until 2 weeks after the originals were mailed.

1095C Information

The University of Delaware mailed 2025 1095C Forms February 27, 2026 for inactive employees only. For all active employee, the form is available online via the 1095-C Web View <https://udapps.nss.udel.edu/psview/1095c_view.j...>. Requests for 2025 1095C reprint will not be processed until 2 weeks after the originals were mailed. If you have any questions, please contact Payroll at pr-staff@udel.edu.

1042S Information

The University of Delaware mailed out the 2025 1042S Forms on January 29, 2026. Requests for 2025 1042S reprint will not be processed until 2 weeks after the originals were mailed. If you have any questions, please contact Payroll at pr-staff@udel.edu.

Paystub Information

If you are an active employee, your paystubs are available online via Web Views <http://www.udel.edu/webviews>. If you have any questions, please contact Payroll at pr-staff@udel.edu.
