Forgetting an eduroam profile (Chrome OS)

Use these steps to remove eduroam from your Chrome OS system.

1. Forget eduroam Wi-Fi

1. Sign in to the Chromebook with the account designated as the owner.
2. At the bottom right, select the time.
3. Select Settings (wheel icon).
4. In the Network section, select Wi-Fi.
5. Select Known networks, select eduroam, then choose Forget.

2. Remove org-udel certificates from Chromebook

1. In the Chrome web browser, type chrome://settings.
2. Scroll to Advanced, and click the down arrow.
3. Scroll down to and choose Manage certificates.
4. Click Your Certificates, and click the down arrow.
5. Look for the org-udel section, and click the down arrow. 
6. Delete each entry under org-udel:
   • Click the dots to the right of each UDelNetID@udel.edu listing, and choose delete.
