Become a My UD Departmental Publisher

Would you like to improve the quality of content in My UD for your department and have the ability to access to update your department’s My UD content in a timely manner? Become a Departmental Publisher and manage your department’s content in My UD. Publishers can add, edit, and remove content for their department in My UD. Publishers can also organize their content and create announcements.

Training and Support Resources

  • In-person Publisher User Group meetings to provide an opportunity for Departmental Publishers to connect with Publishers from other departments and consult with IT staff
  • A My UD Publishers Slack workspace is provided for publishers to ask general questions and share ideas with My UD Publishers and Administrators

How to Get Access to be a My UD Departmental Publisher

  • If you or anyone in your department would like to be Department’s Publishers, please send an email to to get Publisher access to MY UD.  Please provide the name(s) and UD email address(es) of the persons wishing to take on this role.
