Use the My UD Settings: Forgot My Password form.
If you are unable to reset your password with the online form, follow the directions below.
- Applicants and newly admitted students—contact Admissions at (302) 831-2792.
- Enrolled undergraduate students—contact the University Registrar at (302) 831-2132.
- Enrolled graduate students—contact the University Registrar at (302) 831-2132.
- Employees—contact your Departmental HR Liason.
- Alumni—contact the University Registrar at (302) 831-2132.
Parents and Guardians
Use the Parent/Guardian Password Reset form.
If you are unable to reset your password with the online form, contact your student.
- Ask your UD student to log in to UDSIS and review the information on the Manage Parent/Guardian Access screen.
- Your student can send a password reset link to the email address you registered for UD Parent/Guardian Services.
Forgot your username?
Students, employees, and alumni
The Username text box on the CAS login page accepts either your UDelNet ID or your UD ID.
- A UDelNet ID is the first half of your @udel.edu email address
- Your UDelNet ID can be found in the UD Directory.
- A UD ID is your unique 5- or 9-digit University of Delaware identification number.
- Your UD ID is printed at the bottom of your ID card.
Newly admitted students
Newly admitted students may not yet be listed in the UD Directory or have an ID card.
- If you have forgotten your UD ID, you can refer to your admissions packet or retrieve your UD ID by logging in to My Blue Hen Home.
- If you have forgotten your UDelNet ID, refer to the confirmation email from where you created your UD email account.
Parents and Guardians
The Username text box on the CAS login page accepts the email address you specified on the Parent/Guardian Services Account form.
If you forget what email address you registered, contact your student.
- Ask your UD student to log in to UDSIS and review the information on the Manage Parent/Guardian Access screen.
- Your student can see the email address you registered next to your name and then communicate that information to you.
