Forgot your UDelNet ID or password?

  1. If you have forgotten your UDelNet ID or password, call the IT Support Center at 302-831-6000. 
  2. You will be asked to supply several pieces of information to verify your alumni status:
    • UD ID number
    • UDelNet ID
    • Date of Birth
    • Graduation year
    • Graduation major
    • Alternate non UD email address
  3. After the IT Support Center has verified your alumni status, a password reset request will be generated. A new password and instructions will be sent to your alternate email address.

Forgot your UD ID?

  • If the UD ID number is not known, contact the Registrars office at 302-831-2131, and then contact the IT Support Center for the password reset.
