Forgot your UDelNet ID or password?

1. If you have forgotten your UDelNet ID or password, go to www.udel.edu/preset to attempt a password reset.
2. If you are not able to successfully use the password reset tool, call the UDIT Support Center at 302-831-6000. You will be asked to supply several pieces of information to verify your alumni status:
   • UD ID number
   • UDelNet ID
   • Date of Birth
   • Graduation year
   • Graduation major
   • Alternate non-UD email address
3. After the UDIT Support Center has verified your alumni status, a password reset request will be generated. A new password and instructions will be sent to your alternate email address.

• If the UD ID number is not known, contact the Registrars office at 302-831-2131, and then go to www.udel.edu/preset to attempt a password reset. If you are not able to successfully use the password reset tool, call the UDIT Support Center at 302-831-6000.
