Communications
The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Communications team provides strategic, creative and digital support for CAS units. This page outlines the full range of services available, helping you understand what we can assist with and when to use the CAS Communications Project Request Form.
Use this guide to match your needs with the appropriate service area (Editorial, Creative, Event Promotion, Paid Marketing, Recruitment, Web/Digital) before submitting a request.

When to use the form
Submit a request when you need support with any of the following:
Editorial
The editorial team creates content for UDaily, UD Magazine, CAS unit websites, CAS social media accounts and coordinates with the University’s external media team to promote stories and faculty expertise to the press. If you have any questions about editorial requests, please contact Hilary Douwes, CAS Content Manager, hdouwes@udel.edu.

Paid Marketing
If you are planning a paid marketing communications, please contact Kajsa Haracz, Director CAS Communications, kharacz@udel.edu. There are procurement, account access and branding issues that Kajsa can help navigate with you. Also, all marketing needs can be executed by internal UD resources. At no cost. The only cost is for the actual placements.
