Completed Web Forms can be shared with another person using the Send a Copy feature.
Directions
- Open the Web Form that you want to share.
- Find the menu at the top of the screen, just below the UD banner, and click Send a Copy.

Note: The Send a Copy link will only be available if the Web Form is complete. In your Web Forms In Basket tab, the Role column will say Copy if a web form is complete.
- Enter the email address of the other person in the Send to field.
- Optionally, add a comment in the Your message field.
- Click Send Copy.
The person who receives the copy will be able to view the Web Form in their In Basket tab. The Role column will say Archive Carbon Copy.
Note: Sending a web form copy is not an anonymous action. A line that shows your name and the name of the person you shared the Web Form with will be added to the Web Form Routing section.
