Gartner Campus Access

Gartner is a research and advisory firm used to assess IT issues, trends, products, and stay up-to-date on new and emerging technologies. Because UD Information Technologies is a customer, Gartner Campus Access is available to any active Student, Faculty, or Staff member. This program provides access to a selection of Gartner Core Research.

All active Students, Faculty, and Staff can use Gartner Campus Access with their UD Single Sign-On credentials. Please contact UDIT if planning curriculum around Gartner Campus Access to ensure the Gartner contract extends beyond the end of the expected semester.

There is no charge for this service. 

What is Gartner Campus Access?

Gartner research can be used to inform and support decision-making for any group on campus. Gartner insights reflect the trends and best practices followed by business across the globe.  Use Gartner Campus Access to find:

  • Magic Quadrants - Gartner is possibly best known for these documents which analyze solutions in a given industry and compare them on their completeness of vision and ability to execute.  Strengths, weaknesses, maturity, and direction are available for each solution.

  • Hype Cycles - A wavy graphic depicting the maturity of solutions with expectations and predictions that separate hype viability.

  • Other Reports and Research - A variety of information on current trends, previews of yet-to-be-finished research, and recommendations from Gartner researchers.
