Context

A run control for Query Based Updater. It is used to select students who should have a FLD/FLP communication sent.

Processing Options

This run control currently has 14 steps:

  1. Run Query to select returning students using the query UDSFS1_QBU_COM_A_LOAN_DISB_D. The query looks for students who have had a change in a disbursed subsidized loan (i.e. a loan was disbursed). The query looks for any activity from the last day and excludes any students who have already received the FLD communication today.
  2. Communication - Add to assign the FLDE communication speed key.
  3. Run Query to select returning students using the query UDSFS1_QBU_COM_A_LOAN_DISB_D. The query looks for students who have had a change in a disbursed unsubsidized loan (i.e. a loan was disbursed). The query looks for any activity from the last day and excludes any students who have already received the FLD communication today.
  4. Communication - Add to assign the FLDE communication speed key.
  5. Run Query to select returning students using the query UDSFS1_QBU_COM_A_LOAN_DISB_D. The query looks for students who have had a change in a disbursed Perkins loan (i.e. a loan was disbursed). The query looks for any activity from the last day and excludes any students who have already received the FLD communication today.
  6. Communication - Add to assign the FLDE communication speed key.
  7. Run Query to select returning students using the query UDSFS1_QBU_COM_A_LOAN_DISB_D. The query looks for students who have had a change in a disbursed grad plus loan (i.e. a loan was disbursed). The query looks for any activity from the last day and excludes any students who have already received the FLD communication today.
  8. Communication - Add to assign the FLDE communication speed key.
  9. Run Query to select returning students using the query UDSFS1_QBU_COM_A_LOAN_DISB_D. The query looks for students who have had a change in a disbursed nursing loan (i.e. a loan was disbursed). The query looks for any activity from the last day and excludes any students who have already received the FLD communication today.
  10. Communication - Add to assign the FLDE communication speed key.
  11. Run Query to select returning students using the query UDSFS1_QBU_COM_A_LOAN_DISB_D. The query looks for students who have had a change in a disbursed TEACH grant (i.e. a loan was disbursed). The query looks for any activity from the last day and excludes any students who have already received the FLD communication today.
  12. Communication - Add to assign the FLDE communication speed key.
  13. Run Query to select returning students using the query UDSFS1_QBU_COM_A_LOAN_DISB_I_D. The query looks for students who have had a change in a disbursed PLUS loan (i.e. a loan was disbursed). The query looks for any activity from the last day.
  14. Communication - Add to assign the FLPE communication speed key.
