Issue:
When attempting to assign a repackaging plan ID under repackaging plan parameters the available selections are blank.
Menu > Financial Aid > Awards > Repackaging > Assign Repackaging Plan
Context:
A SFS analyst was attempting to repackage FSP students and created a new run control for the process. The analyst confirmed under Set Up SACR that there are active repackaging plans for 2026.
Resolution:
In this context, the analyst had to save the recent changes to the new run control and then close out of the run control. After saving and closing, the analyst was able to re-enter the same run control and the selectable plan IDs populated. If this does not resolve your issue, it is recommended to confirm under Set Up SACR > Product Related > Financial Aid > Awards > Repackaging Plan that there are repackaging plans available for your aid year and that the status on those plans are set to active.
