Scholarship Communication Event ID Table

Context: 

At the beginning of the aid year, renewable scholarships are reviewed for returning students to check if the student still meets the eligibility criteria. When a student’s scholarship is marked for probation or non-renewal, they can fall into those statuses by failing one or multiple renewal requirements (like GPA, progress, or financial need). Because every requirement has its own separate checklist, we use preset "Event IDs" to automatically match and trigger the exact communication workflow a student needs based on their specific combination of failed criteria. Essentially, these IDs act as shortcuts to assign the correct checklists.
