Forgetting an eduroam profile (Windows)

Windows 11

1. Press Win+I on the keyboard to open the Settings app.
2. Choose Network & internet and click Wi-Fi in the left panel.
3. Choose Manage known networks.
4. To the right of eduroam, click Forget.
5. To continue using eduroam, install a new profile by following the steps on the eduroam help page.

Windows 10

1. Press Win+I on the keyboard to open the Settings app.
2. Choose Network & Internet and click Wi-Fi in the left panel.
3. When you click the Manage Wi-Fi Settings link, a window will open. Choose Manage known networks.
4. Click eduroam and choose Forget.
5. To continue using eduroam, install a new profile by following the steps on the eduroam help page.

Windows 8.1

1. In Settings, choose Network.
2. Open the Connections section and, under Wi-Fi, click the Manage known networks link.
3. Choose eduroam and click Forget.
