The College of Arts & Sciences Communications team is here to help you create and maintain effective, accessible web content. To ensure your request is handled smoothly, please follow the steps below.
When Requesting a New Web Page
Before submitting your request, think through the following:
When Requesting Edits to an Existing Page
If you need changes to a current page, please provide:
A detailed description of each edit needed. Please do not send an attachment of a screenshot with handwritten edits.
(e.g., text updates, image replacements, adding/removing sections)
Accessibility & Content Guidelines
Whether it’s a new page or an update, all web content should:

Be digitally accessible for all users

Use clear headings to break up text

Present information in digestible chunks

Include bulleted or numbered lists when possible

Use descriptive link text (avoid “click here”)
