Online W-2 Forms
If you are an active employee, your W-2 forms are available online via Web Views <http://www.udel.edu/webviews>. See Instruction document for more information <https://www.udel.edu/content/dam/udelImages/hum...>. If you have any questions, please contact Payroll at pr-staff@udel.edu.

Note: The University of Delaware mailed out the 2024 W-2s on January 31st, 2025. Requests for 2024 W-2 reprint will not be processed until 2 weeks after the originals are mailed.

If you are not able to access your W-2 forms online, please use the form below to request one.

1095C Information

The University of Delaware mailed out the 2024 1095C on February 28th, 2025. Requests for 2024 1095C reprint will not be processed until 2 weeks after the originals are mailed. If you have any questions, please contact Payroll at pr-staff@udel.edu.

1042S Information

The University of Delaware mailed out the 2024 1042S on January 31st, 2025. Requests for 2024 1042S reprint will not be processed until 2 weeks after the originals are mailed. If you have any questions, please contact Payroll at pr-staff@udel.edu.

Paystub Information

If you are an active employee, your paystubs are available online via Web Views <http://www.udel.edu/webviews>. If you have any questions, please contact Payroll at pr-staff@udel.edu.
