How to Access and Print a Student’s College Financing Plan (CFP)

Context

This article outlines the steps staff members can follow to view and print a student's College Financing Plan (CFP). Access to the CFP is managed through security and permission settings in UDSIS. If you do not have the required permissions, the link for the College Financing Plan may appear in the system but will be grayed out and unclickable.

Steps

1. Once you're signed into UDSIS, click on the navigation icon.
   
    
    
2. This will open a pop-up window. From the navigation select "Menu". Then Select Campus Community followed by Student Services Center
    
3. Your webpage will refresh. On the new page enter in the ID / EMPLID of the student then press the search button.
    
4. The webpage will refresh again, make sure you're on the table titled "Student Center"
   
   
    
5.  Halfway down the page there will be a section labeled Financial Aid, click on the blue link labeled "View Financial Aid".
   
   
    
6. From the pop-up window, select the aid year for which you want to view the CFP.
   
   
    
7. If a College Financing Plan is available for this student & aid year, there will be a link labeled "College Financing Plan".
   
   
    
8. If you are on a windows device and would like to print the CFP you can hit the keys "CTRL" & "P" to open a print dialog. Some Internet browsers also let you right click on the CFP and you will be given a print option. If you are on an Apple device you can hit the command key and p key to bring up the print dialog.
