New Employees who have completed onboarding can expect to receive the benefits enrollment email 2-3 days following their start date. Alternatively, benefits enrollment can be started from the onboarding portal. Please visit, www.udel.edu/onboarding , scroll down the webpage to ‘Benefits Information and Eligibility’ and click on ‘Enroll Online’.
New Employees have 30 days from their start date to complete the enrollment process. Elections can be changed after the 30-day period during the open enrollment process or if a qualifying life event occurs (birth, adoption, marriage, etc.).
