The W4 will show your previous address or name until your hire JED is final approved. The system will then read the current information you entered on your HR Employee Demographic form. It is OK to submit the W4 with the previous information in order for your onboarding to be completed. After your hire JED is final approved any new forms you submit will contain the updated information.
