Report concerns of misconduct or harassment to E/LR at employee-relations@udel.edu with a description of the conduct, relevant dates, names of people who are the subject of the concern and/or witnessed the incident(s), and attach any supporting documentation.
E/LR will acknowledge receipt of your concern, and will subsequently reach out to you. Based on the concerns raised and that discussion, next steps will be determined. Next steps can include but are not limited to mediation/facilitation, investigation (gathering statements, and relevant information) or a referral to another appropriate department if warranted. For urgent safety concerns contact campus police.
