Submit your complaint to E/LR at employee-relations@udel.edu. Include a clear summary of the issue(s), relevant dates, names of people who are the subject of the complaint and/or witnessed the incident, and attach any supporting documentation. E/LR will acknowledge receipt, and will subsequently reach out to you. If there is an immediate safety concern, contact campus police.
E/LR will review your complaint/concerns and will contact you within five (5) business days to discuss it. Based on the complaint and that discussion, next steps will be determined. Next steps can include but are not limited to mediation/facilitation and/or investigation (gathering statements, and relevant information). Depending on the claims raised, the matter can also be referred to another appropriate department for review and handling.
